Chester’s Challenge ❤️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️
Mrs Toner’s class have been taking part in a three week health awareness programme delivered by Chest, Heart and Stroke NI. The aim of the programme is to reduce childhood obesity and prepare children to make better choices and lead healthy lives.
They learnt about healthy foods, foods to reduce and the importance of exercise in our daily routine.
