📕📗 World Book Day 📗📕
What an incredible showcase of characters, books and activities happening in St. Joseph’s today.
The boys and girls from P1-P7 looked fantastic today in their World Book Day costumes.
Books have the power to transport us to new worlds, spark imagination and inspire a lifelong love for reading. Today we celebrated the magic of storytelling with the pupils becoming the storytellers. Pupils from Primary Seven read stories to the children in Killough Playgroup while Mrs Cunningham’s class read to the children in Primary One and Two. An enjoyable experience for all involved.
The staff are enjoying looking at all the photographs of the children reading in interesting places, keep sending them in, they will make a great display.
