ALPS NI Mental Wellbeing Workshop

😀 ALPS NI Roadshow 😀

All pupils participated in a roadshow today facilitated by ALPS NI which focused on educating the children about feelings and emotions.
The action packed day included activities such as meditation, dance, tai chi, movies, games and art. The children and staff had a fantastic day.
