This afternoon our school took part in a community clean up along the shore in conjunction with the Ulster Wildlife Trust. Along with some residents of the village, our pupils with staff members, cleaned from ‘The Green’ the whole way up the shore to the outskirts of the village.
The pupils took great pride in their work and collected a large amount of rubbish.
St Joseph’s is a school at the heart of the community in Killough and we all felt a great sense of pride in our work today.
