Our commitment to giving our pupils every chance to succeed saw some of the P7's undertake the HIPerformance 'Doing Your Best Under Exam Conditions' workshop on Friday.
The session was delivered by Performance Psychologist Cormac Venney.
The workshop provided the pupils with the tools to perform their best when they need it most.
Areas explored included: self confidence and self esteem, purposeful preparation, emotional control, focus, clarity of thought under pressure, stress management and challenging negative thoughts.
The workshop was engaging and fun and our pupils benefitted greatly from it.
