‘The Jar of Awesome’
Today at our Bright Mind’s ‘Mindfulness’ After Schools’ Club, our attendees created their own personal ‘Jar of Awesome.’
These jars contain colourful post it notes. When their owners do something positive in their daily lives, they write it down on the post it and retain it in the jar.
As they reflect in the coming weeks and months, they can relive their positive memories from the jar....
A great way to enhance and build on our pupils’ self esteem.
