P1, P2 and P3 sallied forth to enjoy the delights of the annual Applefest at a local National Trust estate, Castleward. Apples were the name of the game (and the craft, the song, the food and the ecological projects!). We had a great time learning all about apples from the Educational Officers and are sure to be strong contenders in the Halloween ducking for apples contest! Ask the children about the different varieties and colours of apples you can use in your Halloween games.
